On the week’s episode of R&B Divas LA, Kelly decided to throw Chante a birthday dinner party.  All of the girls; Kelly, Chante, Lil’ Mo, Michel’le, Claudette, and Dawn were in attendance.  It was at the birthday celebration that Kelly finally revealed the top secret project that all of the women had previously agreed to participate in on last week’s show.

The 90s throwback Jellies are here again! We told you last week about how 90s fashion has emerged in full force back into the world of relevant fashion.

We all can remember being a young child or even a teenager, getting a fresh pair of jellies back in the day. The clear sandals you could see your toes in that you had in every color…..you even had ones with glitter in them!

Well now their back! They even have a grown up twist, a chunky heel.

The great thing about jellies are that because there clear, you can match them with anything. They give your outfit a playful, young look...

Tuesday’s episode of Catfish was a very special one.  We met 22-year-old, wide eyed and bubbly Lauren.  Lauren needed Nev and Max’s help to help her finally connect with Derek, the man of her dreams who she met on Myspace eight years ago!

The catch: Lauren and Derek have never met in real life or even Skyped! Even more shady was the fact that Derek had an excuse every time that Lauren tried to come and visit him.

Despite the shadiness, Lauren truly believed that Derek was the man she could possibly marry and help raise her three-year-old son...

Happy 95th Birthday to the great Nelson Mandela.

Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela is a South African anti-apartheid revolutionary and politician who served as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999.

He was the first black South African to hold the office, and the first elected in a fully representative, multiracial election. His government focused on dismantling the legacy of apartheid through tackling institutionalised racism, poverty and inequality, and fostering racial reconciliation.

The week’s episode of MTV’s The Challenge Rivals 2 started off with a bang. Anastasia was ridiculed for her hook up with CT, while CT was trying to figure out why Diem was mad at him….True CT fashion. Anastasia admitted that she thinks she’s catching too much feelings for CT way too soon, while CT admitted that he’s “just having fun”. Anastasia also let it slip that her and CT had sex, while CT continued to lie about it….what a jerk.

Frank was so over CT and his bad attitude and womanizing ways that he actually picked a fight with CT! It was a brief scuffle, but at least someone finally stood...

Rapper and former MTV reality star  Riff Raff says he’s suing the people responsible for the movie “Spring Breakers” for $8 to $10 MILLION for mocking his style in the movie!

Raff he believes he was the basis for  the character played by Actor James Franco. Franco’s character Alien (a white rapper/gangster with cornrows and gold teeth) had a striking resemblance to Raff and therefore he believes he should get a hefty amount of money for the swagger jacking.

On his way out of AV Club in Hollywood last night, Riff offered up the logic behind his case  and his these words of wisdom to say:

Trayvon Martin is proof that America is just as racist now as it was in 1999 when NYC police officers fatally shot an African man named Amadou Diallo , and this is according to legendary rocker Bruce Springsteen.

Springsteen was performing in Limerick, Ireland Tuesday when he dedicated his song “American Skin (41 Shots)” to George Zimmerman‘s 17-year-old shooting victim Trayvon Martin,

Springsteen stated, “We’ll send this as a letter back home for justice for Trayvon Martin.”

Rapper Nicki Minaj has already gained the reputation as being somewhat of a diva from her feud with Mariah Carey on American Idol, to her walking away from reporters during interviews.

Well now ‘Paper’ magazine’s editorial director Mickey Boardman is reinforcing that perception, and speaking out on how hard it was to work with Nicki during a recent shoot. Boardman recently gave an account of what it was like to work with the Young Money princess.
