Kanye West left an innocent “film maker” in crutches after a brutal assault at LAX last month, at least that what the photographer is telling lawyers in a lawsuit he’s filing against Ye.
Daniel Ramos appeared with his lawyer Gloria Allred at a news conference Wednesday, where Gloria announced the lawsuit for assault, battery, and interference with Daniel’s civil rights (in this case free speech).
Daniel says he spent two weeks on crutches after the attack, and has been walking with a cane for some time. He says he’s still in pain since the “brutal” attack by Yeezus..
Gloria argued the attack sets a dangerous precedent for celebrity-on-photog violence, especially now that various celebs are actually celebrating unprovoked attacks on photogs. (Lamar Odom, Kirsten Stewart, Tyga, and more)
At one point, Gloria went after Kirstie Alley, Cher, and even Kylie Jenner for applauding Kanye’s attack on Twitter.
Kanye was just sticking up for his privacy rights. These photographers shouldn’t have the right to harass people like that. There should be laws against them, and not the celebs. They’re not animals at a zoo, no one should be subject to that type of harassment.
