Donald Trump took to twitter on Monday to defend his controversial executive order that bans seven Muslim countries from getting entry into the U.S. and shut down reports that there were airport delays due to the thousands of protesters against the Muslim ban.

Trump’s order was implemented late last week and placed a temporary ban on individuals entering the United States from seven majority-Muslim nations and an indefinite ban for refugees from Syria.

The latest move by Trump was met with a series of nationwide protests at airports across the country, which resulted in mass confusion at U.S. airports and large protests at international airports worldwide.

However, despite the outrage from millions across the world, Trump took to Twitter where undermined the protests, downplay the number of people affected by the ban, and blamed the airport delays on Delta airlines.

It’s safe to say that once again, Trump could care less about how upset American citizens are over his policies.
