Today I am bringing you a series of burpees! All you need is your body, no need for props! Do 10 – 15 repetitions of each variation and complete at-least 2 rounds!
Research published in the August 2004 issue of the “Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research” explains that high-repetition and high-load exercises are effective at increasing muscular endurance. Burpees help increase your endurance, your strength and is great for weight loss.
