TI is reportedly not responding to his wife’s demands for a divorce and after missing the Jan. 6. deadline to answer Tameka “Tiny” Cottle-Harris’ divorce petition, Tip is possibly forfeiting over half of all his possessions to his wife.
According to Bossip, the “Paper Trail” emcee purposely missed the Jan. 6 deadline to answer Tiny’s divorce plea, where she asked for half of all the property and assets the two have accumulated over the course of their six and a half year marriage and 10+ years of dating.
TI had 30 days from Tiny’s original filing date to respond to her divorce petition. However, after failing to do so, records from the Henry County Superior Court say that a family court judge could rule in Tiny’s favor by default.
Tiny filed for divorce Dec. 7, citing “irreconcilable differences,” and said that there was no hope of the two getting back together. Tiny also clarified that the two had been living separately for at least a year despite giving birth to daughter Heiress Harris in March 2016.
However, according to rumors, TI has been tending to his wife Tiny with reports of two spending a lot of time together as T.I. tries to persuade Tiny to stay in their marriage.
Bossip states that, Tiny is asking TI to make a full account their money, property and investment accounts because she said she is entitled to half of everything. The singer is also asking for half of the cars they bought together, and half the money in TI’s retirement account. Tiny also wants primary legal and physical custody of their three kids together, King, Major, and Heiress.
Tiny also acknowledged that the couple is in large amounts of debt and feels that because of TI’s higher earning ability, he should be responsible for paying it off.
