Neil DeGrasse Tyson Schools B.o.B And The Flat Earth Phenomenon [Pics]

Who knew that ATL rapper B.o.B was part of the growing group of “Flat Earthers” who believe that the Earth is actually flat and not round.

The “Beautiful Girl” rapper recently took to Twitter where he went on a full fledge Twitter rant against NASA and popular scientist Neil DeGrasse Tyson with what he believed to be facts that prove the Earth is not round.

“A lot of people are turned off by the phrase ‘flat earth’… but there’s no way u can see all the evidence and not know… grow up.” B.o.B tweeted out in explanation of his photo “evidence” on just why he believes that Earth is flat.

The Atlanta rapper voiced his frustration with the “force-fed information” we’ve been receiving since elementary school about the Earth being round.

In a video he posted to his Tumblr in reference to human cloning, B.o.B. states celebrities “are leaving hints all over the place.” “You can’t hold on to old, obsolete beliefs that you’ve been taught.” He then tweeted a photo of himself and the following: “The cities in the background are approx. 16miles apart… where is the curve ? please explain this” before attesting to his claims with time-lapse photos of stars 111,390 views of the pyramids from space and Gleason’s “New Standard Map of the World.”

People who still believe the Earth is round began debating with B.o.B and pointing out scientific facts to go against his theory, but according to him it “still doesn’t change physics.”

Eventually everyone’s favorite scientist, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, took to Twitter where he responded to B.o.B. and shut down all the Flat Earthers in a few short tweets.
