Happiness is not about wishful thinking, good luck or avoiding negative thoughts. The true path to happiness is seeing challenges as opportunities and discovering emotional strength during times of struggle—in other words, resilience.
The problem is that most people don’t know how to access resilience in their day-to-day life. We understand that it’s important but it seems more like a gift for some or an “either have or you don’t” ideology.
Resilence has become the hot new trend people are discovering can help us find more fulfillment in our lives. We understand that resilience is important, but the challenge has been how to attain these necessary skills.
How to attain the skills to become resilient has been left out of the conversation… until now.
