Happy Memorial Day Weekend MaseTV Family!!!
I love Memorial Weekend because it reminds me that summer is around the corner! A little more than 3 weeks away!! If you have not been in the gym, or eating clean or working on the Sexier Version of you, there is no need to worry! Today I am bringing you very simple steps to tone your body in only 3 weeks!!
1. Drink atleast 1 gallon of water per day. Our body is roughly 80% water, and we need water to make sure our blood floods smoothly, to boost our energy, to clear our skin just to name a few!
2. Cut off all pasta, bread (except whole wheat toast), and limit yourself to only have almond milk or coconut water. Let’s drop these heavy carbs out of our food consumption!
3. Focus on sources of protein like chicken and fish and only have them after or before a workout!
4. Vegetables!!! If you aren’t a veggie lover like myself, today is the day you need to get started! Vegetables are rich in nutrients and we often deprive yourself of the nutrients our bodies need! So make sure there are vegetables in every meal!
5. Get some rest! You have to sleep! Your body needs to recover as much as it needs to do everything else! So please give your body time to reboot!
6. If you need sweets like me, enjoy some peanut butter and almond butter both are great sources of protein and great for your body.
7. Exercise atleast 30 minutes at least 5 times per week. Keep your body moving at all times! There are tons of free youtube workouts you can do at home, but you can always join a class at your favorite gym!!
