Drake Postpones Tour After Weak Ticket Sales from Competition with Jay-Z and Kanye West

Sources are saying that Drake is pushing back the start of his North American tour to October 18 because of soft ticket sales.

The “Would You Like a Tour?” was announced back in June and was supposed to start in the middle of this month.

Drake will be on the road with rapper Future and leg-dropping crooner Miguel. But the month-long delay was announced on Friday “due to an intense rehearsal schedule and technical production requirements that will be part of the show,” said a statement.

Not true, says The NY Post, which writes that competition with other acts like Jay Z and Kanye is tying up concert goer dollars…

Hmmmmm sounds about right. Hardly anyone has been talking about seeing in Drake in concert, when both Hova and Yeezus are both ready to bless North America with their celebrity-filled tours.

Sorry Drizzy
