The streets have been buzzing over the current Drake & Meek Mill rap beef.
Since releasing his Meek Mill-inspired diss track “Charged Up”, Drizzy has been receiving most of the cool points from the new hip hop beef that started after Meek called him out for allegedly having ghostwriters make some of his most popular songs.
Meek Mill, along with DJ Funkmaster Flex, have been getting roasted after Meek failed to drop a response to Drake’s diss track, and Flex failed to release the 3 additional reference tracks he threatened Drake about on Twitter.
It seemed like the beef was nearing its end when late last night Drake dropped yet another diss track called “Back to Back” aimed at Meek. And with Meek having yet to issue a response on wax, it seems Drake might have won this rap beef singlehandedly.
In the diss track Drake is heard making reference to Meek’s rise in fame due to his relationship with Nicki Minaj, his ability to sell more records than Meek, and Meek’s “trigger fingers turned to Twitter fingers”.
Thats 2-0 in favor of Drake.
